Wikipediocracy goes after yet another woman editor

https://wikipediocracy.com/forum/viewto ... 30#p294930

How fucking sick do you have to be, to be trying to ruin the life of someone who took on the unenviable task of trying to make Wikipedia more like a history book and less like war porn?

How fucking mental do you have to be, to even seriously believe someone would do all that, just as cover for some alleged COI editing? Ridiculous. Vigilant level conspiracy theory nutjobbery. No surprise that yet again, women are the bad guys in their wierd conspiracies.

She did amazing work, and through this Wired piece has highlighted some of Wikipedia's worst faults, and made it known to the world what the real problem is (the community is largely blind to them, because they're NOT FIT TO WRITE AN ENCYCLOPEDIA), and all Jake can think of doing, is destroy her.

How can he even deny he is a sell out on this evidence? A serious critic would be doing the exact opposite of what he is doing. They would be inviting her to their forum and be offering to write a blog post for her. Instead he rolls out the red carpet for her detractors, who have not much to say for themselves except the usual stuff men say when women have given them a right good and thoroughly well deserved kick in the testicles.

I would say hang your head in shame, but on this evidence, he is shameless.

So come on Jake, tell us again, I'm somehow making you look good am I? And I don't even see it?

Yeah, OK buddy.

I do concede that me writing what I do makes you more popular with certain folk. They're just not the sort of people I would want to be seen with, is all.

When the hell did Pudeo show up on WPO? He used to find himself repeatedly banned for doing something people like Tracy Walker didn't like....what remains of his block log says a great deal about administrative Wiki-Stupidity.
22:55, 14 July 2013 Tariqabjotu talk contribs unblocked Pudeo talk contribs (problematic edit that led to block seems to be in error; no evidence that alleged behavior is recurring)
06:56, 10 July 2013 KillerChihuahua talk contribs blocked Pudeo talk contribs with an expiration time of 1 week (account creation blocked) (Personal attacks or harassment: In the same edit, you add a personal attack to ANOTHER editor's post, then chastise him for the attack you actually added? No, that won't fly.)
Ultimately this is just typical Military History bullshit. Manchild masturbation about the "glory of war" and all that crap. Also a good hiding place for actual fascist sympathizers. Neither Wikipedia nor Wikipediocracy handles ANY of that very well.

Ooohhhhh! PAID EDITOR!! (fuckin' idiot--why don't you bitch out Greg Kohs while you're there?)
I wrote this a few years ago before I decided that I just didn't care enough to push it. I haven't made any changes so the links and language are old. All the issues laid out continue and she even has at least one undeclared account from 2009, over six years before she supposedly started editing "on a whim". She used the account to edit the article of her then employer, where she worked in marketing. Of course she continued this with her current employer, starting to edit their corporate article the same month she was hired. She's been using her New Article Reviewer status to deny coverage to her employer's competitors for years. Her experience editing Wikipedia is clearly part of her resume in the marketing industry.
