You don't get "all of wikipedia on a single, scrollable page", you get short useless random squibs and one image. If WP had devised a SOLID set of rules for writing the first summary paragraph, this would work far better. But they didn't, hell no, and so WP article summarizing is random and occasionally incoherent. Found this one easily:
