I found it ever so slightly amusing given the substance of the post, that this guy apparently doesn't even know Wikipedia doesn't accept non-commercial or no-derivatives licenses. It's any use, any purpose. Simple.
How can you have edited Wikipedia for nineteen years straight, and not have picked that up?
