here's the diff. it was added by IP 80.5.1.159 who was blocked by.. Bbb23:

Lol he gave a precise explanation and was declined by an admin who didn’t even remember why he blocked him in the first place: "I might have blocked for this uncivil comment by itself". He proceeds to ignore everything the IP said and invents a reason for why he was blocked. "Incivility". Like that matters on Wikkkipedia. Bastards.
