Wikipedia Sucks!

perhaps this is the wrong forum, but can someone please post a link to the tool that allows one to compare edits between two Wikipedia users? i had all but discovered two notorious ideologically-motivated editors are the same person, & then my computer crashed & i lost all my browser tabs. the tool presents data in columns in a timeline fashion, with one user on one side & the other on the other. it's pretty widely known, i just can't find it now that i need it.
