Jon Kolbert joined enwiki and commons on 2016-11-23.
On both projects, he quickly gained user rights over time.
He also is the operator of KolbertBot that converts all HTTP URLs to HTTPS.
In less than one year after registration, he became a commons administrator, which is ultra-rare considering that the chance of becoming an administrator when having joined the project later than 2010 is slim!

Aha, potentially a francophone. This link might be better for the list of Commons sysops. Your ctrl-f "201" trick still works.
