Having said that, with his long history of writing puff pieces about wikipedia, and WPOs admins and friends only allowed site policy, stephen could easily justify it.
Damn. You're right. For the past 4 years Stephen Harrison has been almost an "embedded journalist" generating happy-talk for Slate about Wikimedia/pedia. I had not even noticed most of his past "propagandizing" (although I admit to not reading Slate regularly anymore--the general quality of Slate's writing has gone way downhill.) He often talks like a paid shill. How NICE that WIkimuddle finally got themselves a fanboy writing on a semi-major news site. Pity they got him just as Slate's readership and traffic started to decline in a serious way.

He's even getting free tutoring on the internal jargon. Directly from the resident little shits (without saying anything unfavorable about the little shits, who created this stupid jargon in the first place)
https://slate.com/technology/2018/12/wi ... nning.html
He repeats the happy parts they WANT him to repeat, such as the "English Wikipedia’s 1,194 administrators" bit, witihout mentioning that only about 400 of those administrators are actually DOING ANYTHING in recent years. He keeps mentioning Molly White too. Why?

Even when he has BAD news to report about Wikipedia insider crap, he tries to put a "happy spin" on it. And fails. Because major Wiki wars are usually stupid and petty and evil beyond all belief.
https://slate.com/technology/2019/04/ka ... -hole.html
https://slate.com/technology/2019/07/wi ... versy.html

"and the community has historically maintained a strong democratic ethos" MY ASS. They pretend to be "democratic", while actually operating more like the Church of Scientology.

Is Harrison an anonymous administrator or an obsessive editor himself? Or is the WMF simply paying him under the table? Are the wikifuckers feeding him "talking points" for his essays? Questions, questions. I need to email him.

Such a NICE young man, with such beautiful teeth

At the same time I emailed him some polite questions while telling him about the book.

Zero response. "Journalist" hah.

Agggghhh, another lovely display of pathetic tl:dr typing practice. I'd still like to know why the Mighty Arbitrators must repeat their "mission and purpose" in every goddamned decision? Perhaps because they know their shitty little empire hangs by a thread?

Here another special friend.

The "emad" part is well deserved. Completely mad. "She" also looks like a sockpuppet-of-someone deletionist to me. No doubt someone's pushing her for RFA shortly.

ha ha, as expected, a shameless display of cowardice and suckuppery. Instead of just saying that being biased against a trans editor for being trans is not allowed by policy (after all, if they do good work, who cares?)

But nooooo......the Wiki-Asswipes have to make it into a long, screeching "public" humiliation display. It isn't enough to desysop and eternaban Athaenara. They have to stand in line and repeatedly shit on her head. It's a censorious Head-Shitting Club. And no one other than WP insiders will even know this happened, so it's not really a "public" flogging, is it?

Athaenara was an administrator since November 2007. Fifteen years. If they will do that to her (a relatively non-controversial and low profile admin) they will do it to anyone. Even each other. Crazy fuckers. Hypocrites. Etc.

Evil Land Whale Tamzin. Cetacean totally not needed.

What do you mean you didn't expect it? Did you even read what he said about himself? He told everyone upfront that he is mentally ill.

Why is that "BDD"? Are you friends with the evil land whale? Are you saying that you want us to dox you?

Yeah you are, huh? Here's what BDD faps to. Really sick stuff.

He looks like a grossly bloated infant. Like he should be in ads for baby food or something. Is there a baby food version of Manwich?
