I CALLED IT
What a bunch of utter bullshit.

Current vote is 6 to refuse the case, 0 to accept. Fail.
ArbCom should decline this case, and admonish the filing editor for vexatious filing. Any conduct allegations can go to WP:ANI. Robert McClenon (talk) 05:52, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
Arbcom should steal Harry Potter's wand and turn themselves into turnips. So we don't have to read this diarrhea.
Speaking of ArbCom nonsense, it seems there is a new attempt to take down BrownHairedGirl. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia ... at_dispute

This, unlike the witchcraft case, seems like it will actually be accepted.

You're behind the news on this one. It's worth checking WPO even if it sucks.

For background: BHG is one of their most ridiculous minor pests. Did not even bother writing her up as a "major character".

She's been dragged before Arbcom before. You can thank Chris Sherlock, one of the worst Wikipedians of all time, for this shitshow. Book wiki:
History "repeated itself" in September 2020, as Chris, under yet another sock account, made a spluttering "resignation" announcement. This time he claimed he was being bullied by "BrownHairedGirl", a longtime administrator (since 2006) and general annoyance.

A year later, in July 2021, Chris started another sockpuppet. And soon went to Arbcom to complain about the shabby treatment of....Chris Sherlock. His tirade was later quietly deleted. Because he could not stop fighting with BrownHairedGirl, despite a longstanding "interface ban", his account was blocked. The inimitable Beeblebrox showed up on Wikipediocracy to complain in his hypocritical manner:

"So, to the question of "why was he allowed to return" that' actually several questions depending on which return you are asking about. The last account, Aussie Article Writer, was created after he "retired" as Chris Sherlock. AAW was actually doing good, quiet work for some time. Then he decided to let the committee know that it was him and he was doing a "clean start" and of course our only option was to inform him that he was not qualified for a clean start because of the interaction ban with BHG. All he had to do was make a note on his user page or whatever saying he operated the Chris Sherlock account, and he could have gone straight back to what he'd been doing, but instead of doing that he basically went on an "I'm back" campaign, advertising all over the place that he "invented AN" and all this other stuff."

"And then he did the only thing he was not allowed to do, and did it like six times in a row on several different pages (and there was a seventh time that nobody had noticed on his user page like a week earlier). I don't think there's any coming back from that, and ArbCom has taken over the block and is his now his only avenue of appeal, but I doubt either the current or future committee would ever unblock without a community consultation as well. I hope he can just move on, I'm sure he would be happier not being a Wikipedia editor, but he has to come to that conclusion on his own, and his pattern suggests that may be a bit of a struggle."

This time BHG started to become the target of a general "secret campaign" to purge her. A year later, on 10 August 2021, it led to a hateful, ruinous and very long request for arbitration. Interestingly, none of Sherlock's accounts appeared here. BHG was repeatedly blocked and unblocked, having already been desysopped in a previous case. Her subsequent second RFA was quietly deleted in August 2021. Numerous administrators showed up on the arbitration to either condemn or equivocate.
All that crap was covered in excessive detail on Wikipediocracy. OF COURSE IT SUCKS. To be expected.

She was notorious for harassing Eric Corbett for years. She's probably Irish and proud (?). From the "British Isles naming dispute article":
administrator BrownHairedGirl (T-C-F-R-B) is a manic "gnome" of trivial edits on articles dealing with Irish history and peerage. When she's not kissing Jimbo's ass or assisting other administrators in coverups. She is involved in this area only peripherally.
Yes, she tried another RFA in 2021 but I can't link it here---because some unnamed Wiki-Asshole oversighted it.

A classic garbage Wikipedia fangirl. Or whatever. Even Wikipediocracy loves her, meaning she's a real "insider". Never guilty of anything.

Usernames can be so deceptive. Has anyone confirmed that she really has brown hair?

PS:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk ... ential_RfA

My attempts to find ANY revs of this deleted RFA have been fruitless. Worm-Boy did a fine job of obliterating an apparently-ugly argument. Although this bot approval request, from about the same time, can give you some idea of the turdstorms BHG routinely generated. It is extremely rare to see an RFA deleted in such a manner. And it also explains why Worm-Boy recused himself from the arbitration.

Have a look at her block log. Yep, she's already been blocked and unblocked in the course of the arbitration.

7 votes to ban her for a year, way more than enough to carry it. Laurel Lodged is getting similar treatment.

(Never call this bullshit an "indefinite" ban. Arbcom lies in their rotten little black teeth. I am quite sure BHG is pulling every string left available to get this ban reduced or reversed. Obviously has plenty to spare time to play Wiki-Game.)

Wow, they actually banned her indefinitely: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:C ... HairedGirl

Not that it means anything, but I didn't think they would actually ban her "indefinitely".

Honestly it was only a matter of time until she got banned. She was such a toxic and hostile person its surprising she lasted this long.

Its not surprising either the arbs were unanimious since they all suffee from severe group think and none of them ever had an original thought in their lives.

I do wonder whos going to cleanup the mess she made with the creation of hundreds of LUA categorization templates.

As I say, she is a fully-addicted cult member. Getting rid of such people is not a simple task.

If someone hates her enough, say a total lunatic like Bbb23 or Zzuuzz, the templates will be removed--manually if necessary. If not, that crap will probably sit around for years untouched.
