BHG is a good and obviously recent example of how toxic editors are allowed to destroy the project; drive other editors out; create drama; etc.
It took years to get her desysopped and more years to ban her. In the process and multiple trips to ANI and Arbcom numerous other editors were sanctioned, banned or desysopped due to her toxic nature.

What if she definitively defected to our side and help take down Wikipedia? An enemy of an enemy is our friend?

Then ask her. Spin up a sock and email her.

Rule 3? Though I guess that would depend on how much you think she's "screwing up Wikipedia".

I really doubt she would come here but its possible. She might go to the pro-wikipedia arbcom/admin friendly, faux wikipedia criticism site Wikipediocracy. But its doubtful she'll ever come here while im around. She was one of the lying, toxic clowns that banned me from editing Wikipedia so the element of schadenfreude in her now being banned isn't lost on me!

Her Wikipedia email access has been disabled. Unless someone already has it, or knows about her accounts elsewhere, there isn't a way to email her.

That's not how it works. It means she can't send outgoing emails, she can still receive incoming emails.
