NeilN does occasionally, as pure coincidence, get one right. Today's one actually was disruptive:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:C ... .230.29.71Straight to an indefinite block based on 2 edits total is a bit unusual, to say the least, but technically okay:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:C ... yanTyler69Then there's this one who he blocked just for 31 hours but considers to be indefinitely blocked, yet what they were doing was correcting inaccurate information (oops):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:C ... 32.225.228So NeilN basically just goes around banning people at a rate of 7 per day, routinely goes straight to indef and rarely checks if they had actually done anything wrong. Occasionally, out of pure chance, they actually had done what he claims they did, but even then he is overly harsh, and more often than not they've either done nothing wrong at all or else something so minor that it warrants a chat rather than a block.
And yet he remains an administrator, with widespread praise.
So who is he? Who is this jerk who causes so many problems, never bothers to actually contribute to any articles, yet is given this much destructive power?
Presumably his first name is Neil and his last name starts with an N, but who knows. Presumably he is some psychopath who is doing this as therapy so he doesn't commit mass murder somewhere. Perhaps he saw a psychiatrist who recommended this as treatment.
But how is it that Wikipedia can't tell that he is bad? There seem to be no redeeming qualities about him at all.
