Now we got another update.
SCHEDULING ORDER: This case is set for trial on this Court's four-week docket beginning July 6, 2026. Counsel and the parties shall be ready for trial on two days' notice at any time during this four-week period. Joinder of Parties due by 9/22/2025. Amended Pleadings due by 9/22/2025. Motions due by 3/9/2026. Deadline for mediation is on or before 1/7/2026. Discovery due by 2/6/2026. Pretrial Order due by 6/11/2026. (Ordered by Judge Reed C. O'Connor on 7/23/2025) (jnp)

No, I don't have a PACER subscription, but maybe you can make a shared account and subscription on PACER for all of us here?
