Thoughts on “Observations on Wikipedia behaviour” by Wolfgang Antandrus Mozart?

Wolfgang Antandrus Mozart (beautiful user page, by the way), a long-term (long as in 2004) sysop, has written an essay that is >13 years in the making:
Observations on Wikipedia behavoiur.
(Shortcut: WP:OWB)
His essay has only been viewed 214 times during the last 30 days, but I guess it could have been thousands per month during the early 2010s.
In the latter case, this point is cognitive dissonance mixed with insecurity.
Also, how exactly is creating an attack page (whether he refers to actual baseless attacks or reasonable criticism) an admission of surrender? Doesn't explain.
Speaking of censored,

I wonder if he is referring to actual trolls or anyone who states reasonable criticism.49. The highest compliment a troll can pay to you is to create an attack page about you elsewhere on the internet. It's as close to an admission of surrender as you will get, in addition to showing that you are doing something very right indeed. As in on-wiki trolling, the insults they choose tell you more about them than about you. Consider such pages to be monuments to your good work, but otherwise ignore them.

I think they consider reasonable criticism as attacks. Remember how so, so many users who criticized Bbb23 were downright censored? Last month, Bbb23 has finally got what he deserved after years of suppressed criticism.18. As soon as someone attacks the community, or any portion of it, by writing a rant on their user page, Act V of their Wiki Tragedy has begun. It will end, inevitably, with their departure or expulsion from the project.
Speaking of censored,
It depends on the context. Again, mentions no examples.1. When someone complains loudly about censorship, you may be certain they are up to no good.
