Assuming that pt-WP isn't a corrupt hellhole......which it probably is. It's so unimportant that, apart from Beria Lima's involvement (she was a very loud and combative head of the Portuguese WMF chapter for a while), there's nothing about it on the book wiki--expect for the article about the 2014 scandal in whicn someone from President Rousseff's office was using pt-WP to defame prominent Brazilian journalists.

Whatever pt-WP had for an "
arbitration system" was a deranged mess AND was apparently
voted out of existence in 2012. They had a mediation system, that basically died in 2013. Big red flags and not good signs of a "healthy" language Wikipedia.
