Maybe you should slow it down? Create a couple of alternate accounts and use them to post stuff on Reddit. Don't make it all look like a single crazy person grinding--they might ban you and obliterate everything. I've seen it happen.

Also I hope you have looked thru r/redditcritiques to get some idea of what can go wrong on Reddit, and how many subs have disappeared or been hijacked.

From my understanding, that might actually make it worse. I think they try to crackdown hard on that now (outside of protected insiders who are exempt, of course).

Mostly because all the "WP criticism" subreddits that previously existed were either taken over, shut down, or went off the rails. I made a list and put it there, it probably isn't a complete list, but better than nothing.

not true, or premature judgment. The tool for what you wanted to do is a multireddit. Any user can make one, and I will do it for Wikipedia topics if you ask. You can see an example at u/abdlomax/m/flatearth. People then gave me a new ones so I would then search for variants and the list got much longer. There is no discipline on naming, and if you don’t know that an appropriate name is already available, you can start a new one in minutes.

A multi is ideal for following a topic on Reddit. I select the multi and “new” and can see the largest post in all the subs, quickly.

I would take you up on that, but fair warning: I honestly think Reddit is even more broken and unusable than Wikipedia. Especially after the July moderator revolt failed. There was some interesting stuff happening on Reddit here and there, but the revolt after-effect has been nothing but a massive downer. I swear the front page became dumber and shallower a few days after the major subreddits were brought back. It's turning into Tiktok (or trying to and failing!) before our eyes.

Seems like every "social media" platforms wants to do that these days. YouTube especially.

Maybe I'm just weird, but I don't understand the appeal. I don't get the idea of rapid, "short form" content. I'd rather watch something that's in-depth and engaging.

Not for that reason. I mean it's clear that short-form is the majority preference at present, but there's still a sizeable minority that prefers in-depth stuff, and it also varies a bit with the person and topic. In terms of getting our message out about Wikipedia and the WMF's grifting, abuses, and other assorted failings, people should put out a bit of both.
