Still "Globally Banned" on Wikipedia for the high crime of journalism.

That is exactly what happened, and yeah, Mr. Lussetti is that kind of petty bastard. People who try to "squat" domains, or IRC servers, are like short-sellers or Mexican cartel boys who shake down small businesses for "protection" payments. The lowest of the low. Sometimes I've wondered how many squatters like him are now "high ranking" Wikipedia insiders.

To this day the #wikipediocracy channel on Freenode is locked out to anyone but Snowolf and his little pals.

Lussetti has kind-of vanished -- his personal website is gone, his Wiki user talk page has not been updated since 2017 (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Snowolf ). Must have gone back to doing Three-card monte on Italian streetcorners.
