Anybody see this wiki before?

Nope and in fact I would counter that most of the really amazing stuff has happened since about 1900...so the last 117 years.

I've seen Lets Players on YouTube play the game. It's like a mixture of X-Files,
Warehouse 13, and general survival horror games. You're a prisoner/experimental subject trapped in the SCP Foundation's large labyrinth laboratory, and you're trying to escape all the supernatural horrors the Foundation has collected over the years.
