Correct--partially. Typical Jimbo, reactionary to the core and dishonest about everything. Kohs had to be DESTROYED, so for years they racked their little brains to create "policies" that the other Wiki-Nits would probably follow. "Bright Line" didn't appear until after the Phil Gomes/CREWE squawkfest in 2012.
The Bright Line "policy" appears to have failed anyway.
They even admitted it in 2015.
Ah, thanks.

Is CREWE still active?

Their
FB page is still being updated routinely and still trying to make nice with Wikipedians. It's actually a good timeline summary of WP scandals or things involving WP usage. 744 followers.
Someone is obviously using it.
Just this week our idiot little friend/fiend Coretheapple tried to
AFD their Wikipedia article. Looks like the few WP fanboys who showed up will push to move it to userspace or merge it to something else.

Thanks. Their Facebook page is a reasonably active discussion venue. That surprised me. I didn't know it existed. They get as much comment on many posts as the Reddit WikiInAction group does.
